<li>Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans.</li>
<li>Conduct hands-on demonstrations of esthetic techniques and practices.</li>
<li>Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and student learning experiences.</li>
</ul>Requirements
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Must possess an active Beauty of Educator License in the State of Indiana.</li>
<li>Must possess an active Esthetics License in the State of Indiana.</li>
<li>A solid background in esthetics, including skincare and makeup application.</li>
<li>Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student success.</li>
<li>Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm cst</li>

</ul>In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
