Aventi Industries is a well-established manufacturer of FMCG Food and Beverage products. Our plant manufactures a range of condiments and sauces, specialty beverages, and powder foods.We are looking for a candidate who is well versed in handling buyers and importers of food products in international markets.This B2B sales role will require an in-depth understanding of the market, analyzing and evaluating customer and market needs. This role will also involve negotiating pricing, and successfully closing deals on all available opportunities in the assigned market.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively seek new overseas accounts especially in international regions</li><li>Ability to scale up business in a short time</li><li>Should demonstrate strong customer closing ability and skills</li><li>Build strong and lasting customer relationships</li><li>Developing customers in individual assign areas, prepare monthly sales targets and achieving the goals set</li><li>Efficiently and effectively meet and surpass assigned sales targets</li><li>Effectively and efficiently manage responsibilities in-house (Inside Sales) and on field customer visits</li><li>Highly self-motivated and quick to pursue internal promotion opportunities</li><li>Coordinate in develop several marketing materials and presentations for all customers on a regular basis</li><li>Should be able to suggest ideas for improvement of materials used for prospecting of new clients and customers</li><li>Should be well organized in updating and maintaining of customer master data and relevant sales reports</li><li>Should have knowledge of appropriate follow-up techniques both with existing and new customers.</li><li>Should be able to coordinate with relevant departments for information on all order shipments and delivery and to communicate the details of delivery to relevant customers</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from accredited institution</li><li>04-08 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Export Sales experience in the International markets</li><li>Proven and demonstrated Sales Experience in FMCG food products</li><li>Fluent English-speaking kills; any additional language will be considered favorably</li><li>Competing knowledge of: Microsoft Office, CRM/Sales Reporting and other relevant technologies</li><li>Driver&rsquo;s License (Recommended)</li></ul>Job Type: Permanent
