This role is crucial for ensuring the technical integrity, efficiency, and successful deployment of all projects, from conceptual design through commissioning and handover.Key Responsibilities1. Engineering Leadership &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Technical Authority: Serve as the final technical authority for all Genset and Solar PV projects, ensuring designs comply with international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and local regulations (e.g., NEPRA).</li><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the engineering department's strategic goals, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, innovation, and quality improvement across both the Genset and Solar verticals.</li><li>Technology Assessment: Evaluate new technologies, components (e.g., high-efficiency PV modules, advanced inverters, smart controllers), and engineering practices to maintain a competitive edge.</li></ul>2.
