Maintenance TechnicianLocal Beaumont business has need of an experienced maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will have a variety of maintenance skills with an emphasis on electrical experience. Carpentry, HVAC and plumbing skills are a plus. Specialized training is provided. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast pace, deadline driven work situation while efficiently handling maintenance calls. Maintenance calls will be performed at a variety of locations using Company Maintenance Vehicles.Duties include, but are not limited to:&middot; Making repairs or replacing hardware on fuel dispensers,&middot; Replacing canopy fixtures, lights, ballasts,&middot; Replacing ceiling tiles&middot; Removal of water as required&middot; Performs maintenance on underground storage tanks&middot; Working with industry specific electrical/data equipment&middot; Painting, minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.The successful applicant will have solid driving record and stable work history.
