<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Overview</b></h2>
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <b>Senior Analytics Engineer</b> to support enterprise-wide digital analytics and marketing technology initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and digital teams.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in <b>Adobe Analytics</b>, <b>Amplitude</b>, <b>mParticle</b>, customer data platforms (CDPs), event tracking frameworks, and digital measurement strategies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, customer journey measurement, and actionable insights.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Design and implement scalable digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms.</li>
<li>Define and maintain event tracking specifications, data layers, and measurement frameworks.</li>
<li>Configure, validate, and optimize Adobe Analytics implementations.</li>
<li>Partner with engineering teams to support data collection and tagging strategies.</li>
<li>Work with customer data platforms such as mParticle to enable customer identity resolution and audience activation.</li>
<li>Support product and marketing teams with analytics requirements and measurement strategies.</li>
<li>Build and maintain analytics datasets, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks.</li>
<li>Conduct data quality audits and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies.</li>
<li>Develop documentation for analytics implementations, governance, and best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer experiences.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in digital analytics, analytics engineering, marketing technology, or related disciplines.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with <b>Adobe Analytics</b>.</li>
<li>Experience with <b>Amplitude</b> or similar product analytics platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with <b>mParticle</b>, Segment, Tealium, or other CDP technologies.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of customer journey analytics and event-based data models.</li>
<li>Experience implementing and validating tracking requirements across websites and applications.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.</li>
<li>Experience working with tag management solutions and data layer architectures.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Experience with Adobe Launch or Adobe Experience Platform.</li>
<li>Experience with marketing attribution and campaign measurement.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.</li>
<li>Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.</li>
<li>Knowledge of customer data platforms and identity management concepts.</li>
<li>Experience in enterprise-scale digital analytics environments.</li>
