Trident Anesthesia Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our independently owned, physician-led anesthesia practice in Charleston, South Carolina.
This position offers a flexible 24-hour shift schedule designed for providers seeking greater schedule efficiency, work-life balance, and extended time off while practicing within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities<ul><li>
Deliver high-quality anesthesia care within the anesthesia care team model</li><li>
Conduct pre-anesthesia patient evaluations</li><li>
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans</li><li>
Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures</li><li>
Participate in post-anesthesia patient management</li><li>
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams</li><li>
Stay in-house during 24-hour shifts</li><li>
Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives</li></ul>

Requirements:

For CRNAs:<ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program</li><li>
NBCRNA certified or certification eligible</li><li>
SC APRN licensed or license eligible</li></ul>
For CAAs:<ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program</li><li>
NCCAA certified or certification eligible</li><li>
SC CAA Licensed or license eligible</li></ul>
