1.Sending quotations to customers related to process (Orion)2.Submission of GOVT tenders/RFQ offline/online on customer portal.3.Co-ordination with customers for price, negotiations, Commercial terms and conditions,amendments, Due date extension, advance payments, material status, Delivery date extension,Rejection Memos and other queries.4.Followup for quotation/tender status for process review list. (quotation convert in PO)5.Processing of POS (Making checklist)6.Co-ordination with purchase/logistics for shipment7.Upload invoice on GEM and Ariba Portal8.Prepare documents like shelf life certificate, COO on our letter head and send to the customers9.Update pending PO list10.Update process business review List and attend the review meeting twice a month.11.Update user list once in a month12.Payment follow-up, LD invoice follow up, Follow-up for EMD payment13.Vendor registrationJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
