Hiring for a leading Global Gems &amp; Jewellery Brand:Job Title : IT Project Manager &ndash; ERP Modernization &amp; OperationsJob location: Mumbai (MH)Role SummaryHiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the modernization of a legacy inventory system into a cloud-based, browser-driven ERP and to own the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the platform post go-live.This role combines project delivery ownership with long-term ERP operations, upgrades, and optimization, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Delivery &amp; Transformation<ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP modernization and enhancement initiatives</li><li>Own project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery reporting</li><li>Manage frontend, backend, database, reporting, and data migration workstreams</li><li>Act as the primary interface between business users, IT teams, and vendors</li></ul>ERP Operations, Maintenance &amp; Improvement<ul><li>Own day-to-day ERP application health, availability, and performance</li><li>Plan and manage ongoing enhancements, feature releases, and upgrades</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in usability, reporting, and performance</li><li>Manage production issues, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking</li><li>Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change logs</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Partner with business teams to prioritize enhancements and backlog items</li><li>Manage internal teams and external support / implementation vendors</li><li>Track SLAs, support metrics, and vendor performance</li></ul>Quality, Security &amp; Governance<ul><li>Ensure system security, access controls, and audit requirements</li><li>Oversee UAT, regression testing, and release management</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT, data protection, and operational standards</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong experience managing ERP or enterprise application platforms</li><li>Proven background in both project delivery and application support</li><li>Good understanding of:</li><li>SQL databases &amp; data migration</li><li>Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)</li><li>Web-based applications (React / Blazor / similar)</li><li>REST APIs and system integrations</li><li>Reporting &amp; BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, etc.)</li><li>Experience managing vendors, support teams, and ongoing release cycles</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe certification</li><li>Experience modernizing or supporting legacy ERP systems</li><li>Exposure to inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or finance modules</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expectated annual salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Total: 8 years (Preferred)</li><li>ERP Operations, Maintenance &amp; Improvement: 7 years (Preferred)</li><li>ERP Modernization: 6 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
