Position: - Sales Engineer / Sr Sales Engineer- PSGRequired Qualification: BE/ B Tech. in ElectricalExperience: 3- 10YearsLocation: Delhi, PuneWe are looking to hire candidates for Sales Engineer for Power Marketing and sales of pre-packaged software, electronic hardware and allied services to clients in electric power sector.The person should have minimum 3+ years of experience in sales of pre-packaged products/services in the electrical power sector.This position will be responsible for doing product promotion, sales and maintaining customer relations.Required Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in sales of pre-packaged products/services in the electrical Power sector Power system analysis Software like Mi-Power, ETAP, CYMDIST, EDSA, SKM, Dig-silent etc., and simulation studies.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in explaining utility of product/services portfolio to electrical power</li></ul>&middot; Utilities, consultants and industrial establishments.&middot; Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills,<ul><li>Attainment of sales target year after year, very self-motivated and results-oriented,</li></ul>&middot; able to meet specific quota goals and performance deliverables each quarter;<ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology,</li></ul>&middot; business units and senior leadership<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of any software simulator for electric network studies will be an added</li></ul>&middot; AdvantageSoft Skills:<ul><li>Excellence in teamwork.</li></ul><ul><li>Possess conceptual, analytical and presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative, dynamic &amp;amp; confident.</li></ul><ul><li>Should be an initiator</li></ul><ul><li>Able to work under pressure.</li></ul><ul><li>Should be able to work under different cultures.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel.</li></ul><ul><li>Good convincing skills are required</li></ul>Travel<ul><li>Expected Travel 50-70%</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
