Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation Strategy Development &amp; Execution:</li><li>Design and implement lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels (e.g., email, social media, search engines, content marketing).</li><li>Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to attract potential customers.</li><li>Manage lead nurturing workflows and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.</li><li>Performance Marketing Campaigns:</li><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPC, and overall ROI.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and targeting parameters.</li><li>SEO &amp; Content Marketing:</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and landing pages that drive organic traffic and generate leads.</li><li>Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and revenue impact, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaboration Across Teams:</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with business objectives and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.</li><li>Partner with designers, copywriters, and developers to create compelling creatives and user-friendly landing pages.</li><li>Stay Ahead of Trends:</li><li>Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.</li><li>Proactively suggest new ideas and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.</li><li>Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website optimization is a plus.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.</li><li>Creativity: A knack for crafting engaging content and designing visually appealing campaigns.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
