The role involves handling ROC filings, preparing documentation, maintaining statutory registers, and supporting senior professionals in compliance management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities under the Companies Act, 2013.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and file statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-12, PAS-3, INC-22, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft Board Resolutions, Minutes, and Notices for meetings.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update statutory registers and records.</li></ul><ul><li>Support in share allotment, transfer, and capital-related filings.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in annual filings, event-based compliances, and secretarial audits.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect documents and ensure timely compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated with MCA notifications, circulars, and amendments.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide support in FEMA, LLP, and GST-related compliance as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate filing of all legal and compliance documents.</li></ul>How to apply:Either send your resume on WhatsApp at 9958277266 or mail it to us at hr@professionalutilities.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,839.89 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
