<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in villa projects.</li><li>Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.</li><li>Follow building plans and blueprints.</li><li>Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.</li><li>Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.</li><li>Should have Diploma or Degree</li><li>Excellent knowledge with drawings</li><li>Good Knowledge with new tools and designs</li><li>GCC experience minimum of 3 years</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Plumbing Foreman

<ul><li>Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for civil, structural, and architectural works from engineering drawings (CAD/PDF).</li><li>Review and interpret project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.</li><li>Prepare quantity sheets for pricing, procurement, and cost control purposes.</li><li>Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and planning teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.</li><li>Update quantity takeoff sheets based on revised drawings and design changes.</li><li>Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise technical queries (RFI) when required.</li><li>Support the tendering process with timely and accurate quantity submissions.</li><li>Maintain organized records and logs for quantity calculations and revisions.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methods.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Planswift, MS Excel.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>civil engineer: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
