The perfect candidate will be committed to the growth and success of the organization and has the experience, drive, and ability to play a pivotal role in developing Trillion Health as the leader in women&rsquo;s health.Job Description:The Nurse Injector will collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and personalized treatments tailored to each patient's needs.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greeting patients, answering questions, booking appointments, facilitating patient requests.</li><li>Consult with patients to assist them with attaining their goals.</li><li>Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care instructions.</li><li>Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable therapies following established protocols and safety guidelines.</li><li>Perform physical examinations and vital signs measurement prior to procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation within Trillion&rsquo;s EHR system.</li><li>Ensure sterile processing and aseptic technique during all procedures to prevent infections.</li><li>Monitor patients during recovery periods post-injection and manage any adverse reactions or complications promptly.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in esthetic medicine.</li><li>Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active RN licensed in the clinic&rsquo;s state.</li><li>Proven experience administering injections such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, or similar procedures in a clinic setting.</li><li>Positive, motivated, efficient, team player</li><li>Excellent ability to communicate, follow up, and keep organized</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure</li><li>Strong knowledge of email composition and communication</li><li>Knowledge of computer software, and the ability to learn billing software, and electronic medical records required</li><li>Prior experience in fast paced service industry or customer service role preferred</li><li>Self-motivated, team player, with desire to be promoted in a growing medical practice</li><li>&ldquo;Can-do&rdquo; attitude, enthusiastic to lend a hand and support other team members</li></ul>Benefits:We believe in valuing our team, creating a cohesive culture, and creating a work environment that makes our team more successful.<ul><li>No call</li><li>Competitive salaries and benefits available including health, vision, and dental (30+ hours/week).</li><li>Flexibility and balance with PTO accrual</li><li>Appreciation and recognition with opportunities for growth and development</li><li>401K Option for both Part-time and Full-time</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
