Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Project Management Specialist to join our System of Care (SOC) team! This role will be responsible for supporting the fiscal management, monitoring, and coordination of Trillium Health Resources SOC local collaborative projects. Core responsibilities include financial monitoring and processing of collaborative project costs, navigating internal fiscal and procurement systems, and ensuring compliance with DHHS and SAMHSA Notice of Award (NOA) requirements and supporting SOC Collaborative Coordinators in the implementation of local collaborative projects. The position also supports SOC Collaborative Coordinators in implementing local projects and facilitates communication, coordination, and cross‑agency collaboration to promote successful project outcomes.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
On a typical day, you might:</b></div><div></div><div><br>

Monitor, track, and process expenditures related to SOC SAMHSA Collaborative Project</li><li>
Support financial oversight activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal fiscal guidelines</li><li>
Navigate internal financial and procurement systems to support purchases and project activities</li><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between the Division of Child and Family Well Being (DCFW) and Trillium regarding project activities</li><li>
Prepare, review, and submit all required financial reports in accordance with DHHS and SAMHSA NOA requirements</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between Trillium services lines to ensure timeliness of payment to vendors, issues with orders or other needed matters</li><li>
Purchase/order items for all SOC Grant Funded Community Collaborative Projects tied to the Grant</li><li>
Communicate with SOC Managers, SOC Senior Manager regarding issues with securing required information, requests from SOC staff</li><li>
Any other identified responsibilities connected to ensuring smooth execution of the SOC Community Collaborative Grant Funded Projects</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Business Intelligence Data System Architect to join our team! This is a technical and administrative position responsible for the research, development and maintenance of the Power BI Reporting Platform for Trillium. This will include configuration, implementation, design, and proactive support and management of the organization&rsquo;s Power BI Platform, as directed. Assists with assessing the organization's reporting needs and helping in the development of a long-term strategy for reporting. Leading, planning, coordinating, and administering activities relating to reporting systems development, documentation, and implementation. Provide technical support around systems capabilities to Information Technology projects. Provides training for IT and Trillium staff, as needed and directed.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
On a typical day, you might:</b></div><div></div><div><br>

Design, build, test, deploy, document, and maintain Power BI reporting solutions and semantic models, including the SQL queries, data pipelines, and dependent systems that power them&mdash;continuously assessing platform capabilities, performance, and governance.</li><li>
Work with IT Leadership, Informatics - Data Management, IT Operations and IT - Business Systems on researching, developing, testing, deploying and documenting new methods and tools for ingestion, processing, sending and sharing of data.</li><li>
Plan, coordinate and implement security measures (including regular audits) to safeguard information in reporting platforms and computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.</li><li>
Specify users and user access levels for each segment of the reporting platforms, as needed.</li><li>
Select, develop and deploy code to monitor reporting platform performance</li><li>
Develop reference and workflow documents for documentation purposes.</li><li>
