WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The Housekeeping &amp; Laundry Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner in accordance with Trilogy Standards and Federal &amp; State regulations.<br>
<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees. This includes resident rooms &amp; bathrooms, common areas, offices and employee areas.</li><li>
Perform daily cleaning assignments, deep cleaning assignments for move-ins &amp; move-outs, as well as isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures.</li><li>
Ensure that work &amp; assigned areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, mealtimes, and the end of the workday.</li><li>
If performing laundry tasks, this will include but not be limited to washing &amp; drying resident laundry and linen, delivering and putting away all laundered items, proper usage, storage and maintenance of all equipment, and labeling resident laundry.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED/HSE Preferred</li></ul>

Roles and Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients&rsquo; physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients&rsquo; physical function.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
