The Weekend Supervisor (LPN, RN) is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the weekend functions of the Nursing Department(s) to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.<br>
<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Assist the ADON &amp; DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Health Campus.</li><li>
Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.</li><li>
Provide direct nursing care as necessary per each resident&rsquo;s assessment, physician orders and plan of care and assess residents for expected results of treatments and medications.</li><li>
Assist in the scanning and attaching of resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate.</li><li>
Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers to experience our services and participate in survey and mock-survey campus preparedness.</li><li>
Ensure campus is tour ready including back up team resources, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations. Execute tours as necessary.</li><li>
Provide patient care as necessary.</li></ul><div><b>
Work Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Every Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)</li><li>
Twelve (12) hour shifts</li><li>
Shift hours at the discretion of the Director of Health Services</li></ul><div><i>
Compensation will be determined based on the relevant license or certification held, as well as the candidate&rsquo;s years of experience</i><br>

<b>Weekend Supervisor Incentive Pay Details</b></div><ul><li>
Weekend Supervisors are eligible for an additional hourly incentive of $7.00/hour for hours worked on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.</li><li>
Weekend Supervisors who pick up hours Monday &ndash; Thursday will not receive the weekend incentive for these shifts worked.</li><li>
Weekend Supervisors are not eligible for additional shift or weekend pay differentials in addition to their weekend incentive.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license</li><li>
Current, valid CPR certification required</li></ul><div><i>

The Assisted Living Coordinator coordinates and addresses the health concerns of each Assisted Living Resident including resident assessments, medication/pharmacy management and resident activities of daily living and personal care needs.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborates with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) relating to day-to-day operation of clinical services for the entire campus.</li><li>
Ensures that each resident&rsquo;s pre-admission screen is completed prior to move-in.</li><li>
Directs the Lifestyle and Care Needs Assessments of Residents to determine the initial and ongoing needs of the residents&rsquo; medical and personal care requirements.</li><li>
Assists Residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc. And medication administration.</li><li>
Leads and assists in the development of the service plan in conjunction with the resident/family and ensures communication of the plan to care givers.</li><li>
Facilitates the Assisted Living Resident Meeting and follows up with feedback and concerns in a timely manner.</li><li>
Works as the lead nurse for the assisted living residents and is part of the on-call rotation as designated by the DON.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Active, unencumbered LPN license within the state</li><li>
CPR certification</li><li>
Previous assisted living and leadership experience preferred</li></ul></div>

A Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing, collections and financial operations of the health campus. They handle financial tasks such receiving and depositing payments, making collections calls and issuing letters, discussing payment arrangements with account holders, and working with Medicare, Medicaid and insurance companies on eligibility, claims and reimbursements.
