 Position Overview
 
 
 
 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident&rsquo;s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
 </li>
 <li>
 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred
