POSITION SUMMARY:

</ul>
The Business Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial analysis, planning, and decision-making processes within our South East division. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and drive business performance.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Analysis and Reporting: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support decision-making processes.</li>
<li>Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budget projections to senior management and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance and monitor progress towards strategic objectives.</li>
</ul>
Budgeting and Planning Support: 
<ul>
<li>Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business units to gather input, validate assumptions, and align budget forecasts with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance.</li>
</ul>
Financial Modeling and Decision Support: 
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investment decisions, and cost-saving initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide analytical support for strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and product launches.</li>
<li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning to assess the impact of potential business changes and opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Data Management and Systems: 
<ul>
<li>Gather, validate, and analyze financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.</li>
<li>Maintain and optimize financial systems, databases, and reporting tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide user support and training on financial software applications to ensure effective utilization by finance and business teams.</li>
</ul>
COMPETENCIES: 
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software tools.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships across departments.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.</li>
<li>2 – 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li>
<li>Experience with financial modeling, data visualization, or business intelligence tools is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial concepts, principles, and practices.</li>
<li>Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.</li>

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
 
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
