As a Support Consultant at TRIMIT, you will be responsible for helping our customers get the most out of our ERP and portal solutions. Your responsibilities will include:</b></h2></div><div><div><div><ul><li>
Handling day-to-day support requests from all our customers (primarily Danish).</li><li><p><br>
Assessing and triaging tasks to determine whether they are support tasks or consultancy tasks.</p></li><li><p>
Resolving support cases in accordance with service agreements.</p></li><li><p>
There is no individual budget responsibility for support consultants, as support is covered by service agreements.</p></li><li><p>
Support opening hours are 8:00&ndash;16:00 Monday&ndash;Thursday and 8:00&ndash;14:00 Friday.

Working hours are 8:00&ndash;16:15 Monday&ndash;Thursday and 8:00&ndash;14:30 Friday.</p></li><li><p>
Supporting customers with TRIMIT&rsquo;s ERP and portal solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Helping customers identify and resolve technical challenges.</p></li><li><p>
Advising and training customers in the use of the systems to ensure maximum value.</p></li><li><p>
Documenting support cases and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborating closely with colleagues on complex customer cases and technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Participating in meetings and planning of support activities.</p></li><li><p>
Building knowledge of the company&rsquo;s reference customers in order to provide the best possible advice.</p></li><li><p>
Acting as an ambassador for the company&rsquo;s values.</p></li></ul></div></div></div><p></p><div><div><div><p><br>
To succeed in this role, you likely have a technical or IT-related background and experience with ERP solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a requirement. Most importantly, you have the desire and ability to work with advisory support, and you are motivated by helping customers and creating positive customer experiences.</p><p>
You have a high level of proficiency in Danish, both written and spoken, and are also able to communicate in English. In addition, you live within a reasonable commuting distance of the company&rsquo;s locations in Viborg or Kolding.</p><p>
You are naturally outgoing and curious, with a strong technical understanding that enables you to quickly identify problems and find solutions. You actively listen to customers&rsquo; needs and translate them into concrete actions that create value &ndash; always with a focus on good service and a friendly tone on the phone.<br>
