Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re hiring an Administrative Executive to handle day-to-day office operations, coordination, and support functions. This role is critical in keeping communication clear, processes organized, and teams aligned.We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable handling factory audits, understands compliance requirements, and is not afraid to take a proactive approach to learning and improving systems along the way.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks</li><li>Handle documentation, record keeping, and filing systems</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (Production, HR, Accounts)</li><li>Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement</li><li>Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars</li><li>Support HR/admin functions (attendance, coordination, documentation)</li><li>Assist in preparing for factory audits and maintaining compliance records</li><li>Ensure smooth communication across teams</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in an administrative or compliance-related role</li><li>Basic understanding of factory audits / compliance requirements (preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Good communication (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic systems</li><li>Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable, growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing setup</li><li>Hands-on learning in compliance, audits, and operations</li></ul>Pay: Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
