Job Summary</b></h2><p>
The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting digital projects across the portfolio of TFE brands, with a focus on social media management for 2 brands managed in-house.</p><p>
Candidates must possess a base knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including social media platforms, social analytics, Google Analytics and SEO. This person will function as a part of the Digital team, assisting and in some cases leading projects related to content planning, community management, social advertising, consumer insights, and cross-functional coordination.</p><p>
The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital, already have a university degree, or be well on their way to achieving one. Eager to learn and get first-hand experience in the wine industry and the digital marketing space.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Assist in the planning and execution of SEO/SEM, content development and social media campaigns as it relates to each brand&rsquo;s overall strategy</li><li>
Work cross-functionally (with Brand, E-Commerce and DTC teams) to develop content calendars across various social channels</li><li>
Engage with consumers across social media channels to achieve positive interactions, encourage brand loyalty, assist in customer support and influencer outreach</li><li>
Provide analytics on the performance of search and social media campaigns</li><li>
Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behaviors to understand current and future trends</li><li>
Follow and enforce legal policies and best practices for promoting alcohol through social media</li><li>
Ability to prioritize, monitor and respond to projects efficiently</li></ul><ul><li>
Identify relevant influencers and creators aligned with brand values and campaign goals</li><li>
Assist with influencer outreach, follow-ups, and communication tracking</li><li>
Coordinate content deadlines, usage rights, and posting timelines</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Education: Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations</li><li>
Knowledge of SEO best practices</li><li>
Some knowledge of SEM, experience is a plus</li><li>
In depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest)</li><li>
Ability to define and master a variety of brand voices</li><li>
Understand and can utilize platforms related to digital media management and measurement (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs</li><li>
Strong creative thinker who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Canva</li><li>
Photography experience is a plus</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and ensure follow-through on all projects</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age</li><li>
Strong collaboration skills</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Salary Range:</b> $23.00 - $28.00
