<div>Maintain and repair the electrical and electronic aspects of winey equipment. Under the general direction of the Controls Lead, is responsible for the day to day maintenance of winey equipment, set up and production. 
Essential Functions:

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.<ul><li>Performing more difficult tasks without supervision</li><li>Understanding of hand tools and hardware</li><li>Can complete PM work orders independently and improve or create work instructions</li><li>Electrical functions to include: Bending conduit, threading pipe, running support hangars, pulling and land wire, changing light bulbs, safely using electrical equipment, troubleshooting electrical motors, use a multi-meter, troubleshoot and install electrical components, Repair and replace photo eyes and limit switches, read schematics, understand NEC</li><li>PLC Programing functions to include: going on line with a PLC, read drawings, identify PLC hardware and I/O devices, repairs under general supervision, preform VFD replacement and simple programming, PLC component replacement and troubleshooting, create PLC programs, Edit PLC programs, Edit HMI programs, Program VFD&rsquo;s, Layout and assemble panels</li><li>Instrumentation skills including: Reading P&amp;ID drawings, understand signal processing, understand PID control, ability to identify process control devices, perform instrument calibrations, tune PID loops, configure devices, understand processes, analyze historical data</li><li>Demonstrates ability to follow all safety protocols (lock-out-tag-out, Personal Protective Equipment, etc.)</li><li>Safe use of company power lift equipment (man-lift, forklift, golf carts)</li><li>Hazardous waste awareness and environmental awareness</li><li>Proficient computer skills / familiarity with MS Office</li><li>Responsible for understanding the Food Safety and Quality Management System and related activities, including the SQF Food Safety &amp; Quality Policy</li><li>Mentor junior staff</li><li>Manage small jobs including specifying parts to purchase</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: High School diploma or GED required.</li><li>Experience Preferred: Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in designing, programming, installing, or maintaining automated systems</li><li>Safely use electrical equipment</li><li>Proficient electrical understanding and troubleshooting techniques</li><li>Understanding of Control Reliability</li><li>Demonstrates a highly motivated work ethic</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to effectively work as part of team</li><li>Ability to accurately follow instructions and take direction</li><li>Ability to respond to frequently changing production pressures</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Good organizational skills</li><li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul> 
Working Conditions:<ul><li>Moderate to heavy physical work</li><li>Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates&rsquo; facilities</li><li>Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)</li><li>Must comply with all safety equipment requirements including ear plugs and safety glasses</li><li>Exposure to various chemicals in production areas</li><li>Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment</li><li>Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts</li><li>Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds</li></ul>
Salary Range: $50.00 - $61.15
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
