Work Location: Chandler, AZ 
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (day and overnight shifts available, including weekends)

How You Will Be Rewarded as our Logistics Coordinator

<li>Compensation: $24 per hour during 4-week training period; $25 per hour after training; $2 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts</li>

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator
<ul>
<li>Provide 24/7 operational support, handling calls from clients to arrange air and ground transportation</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics for OPOs and Transplant Centers, ensuring the efficient movement of medical teams and critical organs</li>
<li>Serve as a driver when needed, handling medical team pick-ups, organ transport, and medical specimen deliveries</li>
<li>Oversee scheduling and workflow for Trinity and third-party drivers to meet customer expectations</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication with internal teams, hospitals, and transport providers</li>
<li>Participate in continuous training and industry development</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills of a Logistics Coordinator
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in logistics, aviation, transportation, or healthcare management</li>
<li>Strong ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology related to donation and transplantation preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch systems</li>
<li>Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts</li>
<li>Pre-employment drug screening required (safety-sensitive position)</li>
