Job Requirements: Is This for You?
<ul>
<li>Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Experience in logistics preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful and generally strong computer skills.</li>
<li>Ability to learn new software and computer systems.</li>
<li>Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills required with a strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Demonstrates the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create an openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers or stakeholders.</li>
