We are looking for people who share our Christian Values, enjoy working with children ages 2 to 5 years, enjoy being physically active while working outside, and are willing to learn and support our culture of Godly Citizenship and Loving Christians.We are hiring 1 preschool teacher or aide with morning hours. Our teachers and aides must be comfortable changing diapers and helping children in the bathroom and willing to take direction from the teacher in the classroom and director. The usual classroom size is 11-16 children with 2 staff members in the room regularly.At Trinity preschool, we believe in supporting our teachers by providing a healthy work environment. We believe in collaborating and being supportive as a staffReports to: Preschool DirectorWorks with: Classroom lead teacher and staffWorks: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week with room to grow,<ul><li>Applicants MUST have a minimum of 6 ECE units. 12 ECE units is preferred.</li><li>The applicant process includes a medical clearance, TB Test, proof of MMR and Tdap vaccinations, and a LiveScan fingerprinting background check.</li><li>Part-time positions will be about 20 hours to start with room to grow</li></ul>Christ-like Role Model:<ul><li>Model Biblical principles in interactions with parents and children.</li><li>Focus on becoming acquainted with each parent and giving special attention to each child.</li><li>Willing to lead class prayers at snack and lunch times.</li></ul>Teachers should have reliable transportation to work.Give full attention to the safety, physical and emotional well-being of the children.<ul><li>Assure children&rsquo;s bathroom and diaper needs are met.</li><li>Must be willing to change diapers and help children in the bathroom.</li><li>Daily classroom set up.</li><li>Supervise playground activity</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
