Work Location:</b> Must reside within 30 minutes of 560 Hudson Ave. Hackensack, NJ 07601.<br>
<b>Schedule:</b> Part-time, On-call availability required<b> Sign-On Bonus: $1,000</b></p><p><br>

How You Will Be Rewarded as </b><b>an On-Call Driver</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Compensation:</b> Competitive pay starting at $26/hour for EVOC drivers, on Call pay, $2.00 shift differential 6pm - 6 am.</li>
<li><b>Sign-On Bonus:</b> $500 after 90 days + $500 after 180 days</li>
<li><b>Benefits: </b>Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match w/immediate vesting), HSA &amp; FSA, employer paid Life &amp; AD&amp;D benefits</li>
<li><b>Sick Time:</b> Employer paid sick time</li>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities of an On-Call Driver</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide professional ground transportation for surgical teams, specimens, and critical medical equipment</li>
<li>Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Adhere to all traffic laws and TAM operational procedures</li>
<li>Perform vehicle safety checks and fleet maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Maintain constant communication with logistics coordinators and respond to dispatch calls within 10 minutes</li>
<li>Handle medical specimens and sensitive cargo with utmost care and precision</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills of an On-Call Driver</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean 39-month driving record</li>
<li>2+ years of driving experience</li>
<li>EVOC Certification required</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and relationship building skills</li>
<li>Experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving a plus</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods</li>
<li>Reliable cell phone access and availability for on-call shifts</li>
