AI Automation Specialist (AI Agents &amp; Client Workflows)Remote | Full-Time |LeadiumX builds AI voice agents and automation systems that help businesses capture leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments automatically. We&rsquo;re hiring an AI Automation Specialist who can take an automation from idea &rarr; build &rarr; test &rarr; live deployment, and keep it stable in the real world. You&rsquo;ll be working directly with the LeadiumX team.If you&rsquo;re the kind of person who sees a messy workflow and immediately wants to fix it with smart automation, you&rsquo;ll do great here.What you&rsquo;ll be doing<ul><li>Build and deploy AI-powered automations that connect voice agents, CRMs, SMS/email, calendars, and reporting.</li><li>Implement workflows using Zapier / Make.com / n8n, APIs, webhooks, and clean data mapping.</li><li>Integrate AI/voice agents into real systems (example: Retell AI &rarr; CRM &rarr; SMS/email &rarr; Calendar booking).</li><li>Create logic that handles edge cases, retries, fallbacks, and error alerts (not just happy paths).</li><li>Test, monitor, and optimize automations for reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Maintain a clear automation library + documentation (Loom walkthroughs, SOPs, flow diagrams).</li><li>Support client deployments by building repeatable templates and customizing integrations as needed.</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>2+ years experience building production automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly, or similar).</li><li>Comfortable working with:</li><li>APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic authentication (OAuth/API keys).</li><li>CRM workflows and data logic (any CRM is fine &mdash; we care about logic, not brand).</li><li>Google Workspace automation (Sheets / Drive / Docs).</li><li>Strong troubleshooting ability &mdash; you don&rsquo;t guess, you debug.</li><li>Clear communicator who can explain technical flows to non-technical teammates.</li><li>Ownership mindset: once it&rsquo;s live, you monitor it and improve it.</li></ul>Big plus (not required)<ul><li>LLM / AI workflow experience (OpenAI / Claude, prompt testing, structured outputs).</li><li>Voice/telephony platforms (Retell AI, Twilio, Aircall, Dialpad).</li><li>Light scripting skills (Python / JavaScript) for custom logic or data cleanup.</li><li>Experience in lead-gen, sales automation, or client delivery.</li></ul>Work setup<ul><li>Reliable laptop/PC</li><li>Stable internet (10 Mbps minimum)</li><li>Backup power or internet option</li><li>Quiet workspace for focused build time + meetings</li></ul>Schedule &amp; compensation<ul><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Compensation based on skill level and experience</li><li>$8&ndash;$10 USD/hr depending on expertise.</li></ul>How to applyPlease send:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Short note on your automation + AI experience</li><li>1&ndash;2 real examples of automations you&rsquo;ve built (Loom, screenshots, or diagrams)</li></ul>***Applications without automation examples may not be prioritized.***Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;378.00 - E&pound;473.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>&bull;	Which automation tools have you built production workflows in?</li><li>&bull;	Describe one automation you built using APIs or webhooks.
