The Opportunity</b></h3><p>
As a <b>Regional Manager</b>, you&rsquo;ll lead and support a portfolio&mdash;driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team success across multiple properties and markets. Compensation</b>: $120,000 to $135,000 annually, based on your experience, plus potential for a 20% annual bonus, paid quarterly, monthly car allowance, and monthly cell phone allowance.</p><p><b>
Portfolio and Impact</b>: Lead a diverse portfolio of 8 properties totaling 1,761 units across Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas.</p><p><b>
