We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 3&ndash;4 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings</li><li>Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits</li><li>Monitor expenses and analyze variances</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of proven accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software&rsquo;s</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Excel</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
