 Introduction
 
 
 The Accommodation team here at Trip, are dedicated on driving growth and success of our global accommodation business. As part of this dynamic and fast faced team you will play a key role supporting the business development team by managing systems, tools and administrative processes to help streamline operations and drive efficiency. This role is based in Cairo supporting the Egypt Market.
 
 
 
 
 
 In this Role, you&rsquo;ll get to:
 
 
 * Support the Egypt team in maintaining strong relationships with local hotel partners.
 
 
 * Coordinate with cross-functional departments on assigned projects.
 
 
 * Guide new hotel partners on using the extranet system, including managing rates and availability.
 
 
 * Assist with the hotel onboarding process, including account setup, mapping, and ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) management.
 
 
 * Resolve partner-related issues such as accounting discrepancies, reservation notifications, and rate parity concerns.
 
 
 * Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
 
 
 * Evaluate production data and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
 
 
 * Prepare business review reports and insights as required.
 
 
 * Coordinate merchandising activities, including implementing special deals and promotions for hotel partners.
 
 
 * Execute assigned operational projects, contribute findings, and ensure activities enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
 
 
 * Manage hotel accounts as needed to support overall market performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll Need to Succeed:
 
 
 * Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
 
 * A highly proactive approach, with strong ownership and accountability.
 
 
 * A collaborative team player with a results-driven, "get-it-done" mindset.
 
 
 * Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
 
 
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
 
 
 * Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
 
 
 * Creativity and innovation, with the ability to lead and manage change.
 
 
 * A minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in sales, business development, or revenue/yield management within the online travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.

 In this Role, you&rsquo;ll get to

 Develop and implement go to market strategies for the Turkey market, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report on the overall performance of the Turkey market to headquarters, identifying areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in Turkish operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the performance of campaigns and projects using data analysis and BI skills, optimizing future campaigns and projects, improving customer experience, and analyzing conversion rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring each function performs at its best to collectively boost the growth of the Turkish market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with headquarters and other local departments and teams to ensure offshore operations align with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of offshore technology and innovation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll Need to Succeed
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the local travel industry, experience in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Turkish regulations and standards in digital marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and mindset, preferably familiar with analytics tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage and lead a team, delivering projects on time and within budget.
 </li>
