<div><b>Introduction: This is a first hire role from 0-1, serving our flight business unit.<br>
</b></div><div></div><br>
<div><b>In this Role, you&rsquo;ll get to:
</b></div><div><ul><li>Serve as the global marketing point of contact for key airline partners across regions.
</li><li>Develop joint business plans &amp; integrated marketing campaigns, aligned with airline priorities &amp; Trip.com&rsquo;s global objectives.
</li><li>Own end-to-end marketing execution with airline partners, including media planning, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
</li><li>Media Manager will contribute to shaping how the team operates and scales.
</li><li>Create and refine workflows, playbooks, templates, and internal operating processes. &bull; Help conceptualise and pilot new marketing formats, surfaces, and placement ideas. &bull; Identify gaps in current tools, measurement, or execution frameworks and propose solutions.
</li><li>Work with Product and Data teams to define automation for dashboards, insights, and process.
</li><li>Build reusable best practices to be adopted globally as the team expands.
</li><li>Unlock targeted marketing opportunities that support airline commercial goals, including demand stimulation, route performance, premium cabin push, and loyalty engagement.
</li><li>Leverage Trip.com&rsquo;s data and audience segmentation capabilities to help airline partners target customer segments.
</li><li>Maximize airline fund utilization through ROI-focused campaigns across Trip.com ecosystem.
</li><li>Lead partner engagement for brand visibility initiatives, new route launches, loyalty integrations, and seasonal promotions.
</li><li>Manage internal stakeholder alignment across flights commercial, product, regional marketing, finance, legal, and data teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and reporting &amp; scale up.
</li><li>Collaborate with internal product, data, design, and regional marketing teams to drive campaign success and expand Trip&rsquo;s offering.
</li><li>Present post-campaign analysis and strategic insights to both internal stakeholders and airline partners.
</li><li>Support contract negotiations by providing marketing commitments and campaign performance data.
</li></ul></div><div><b>What you'll Need to Succeed:
</b></div><div><ul><li>10+ years of experience in airline marketing, digital partnerships, or travel e-commerce; OTA or airline experience strongly preferred.
</li><li>Strong experience in the travel domain is essential, either through direct industry roles or by managing travel brands, airlines, hospitality, or OTA campaigns within e-commerce or social media platforms.
</li><li>Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and on-site media behaviour.
</li><li>Ability to design structured plans, frameworks, and scalable processes.&bull;Understands how different marketing components (placements, data, reporting, workflows) connect within a larger system.
</li><li>Proven track record of leading co-branded or B2B2C / B2C campaigns with measurable impact.
</li><li>Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
</li><li>Builder mindset &mdash;thrives in zero-to-one environments and enjoys shaping new capabilities.
</li>High ownership &mdash;runs campaigns and partner relationships like a mini-business.<br>

<b>Preferred Experience (Airline / Hotels / Social Media / Media Houses / OTAs / Ecommerce):
</b><br>
<ul><li>Experience with global marketing funds management and campaign delivery in a matrixed, high-speed environment.
</li><li>Familiarity with programmatic advertising, CRM integration, loyalty marketing, and meta channels.
</li><li>Experience negotiating and delivering on marketing value-in-kind (VIK) within airline agreements.
