Key Responsibilities:&bull;*	Lead Generation &amp; Client Acquisition: Identify and target new clients in need of warehousing, distribution, and logistics services. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing to generate leads.*o*	Market Research: Analyse the logistics and warehousing market trends, competitor *&bull;*	Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.*&bull;*	Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for acquiring new business in the warehousing and logistics sector. Tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.*&bull;*	Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and contracts. Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring profitability and competitiveness.*&bull;*	Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the internal logistics, warehousing, and supply chain teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and operational capabilities.*&bull;*	Business Growth &amp; Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients while constantly seeking new prospects.*&bull;*	Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to stay informed of market trends and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.*&bull;*	Reporting &amp; Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, client acquisition, and market trends to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.*Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;160,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
