What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><ul><li><b>
Delivery Operations</b></li><li>
Own the project delivery calendar across all SEO accounts.</li><li>
Ensure timelines, quality benchmarks, and delivery SLAs are consistently met.</li><li>
Coordinate across SEO, content, and PPC to ensure integrated execution.</li><li>
Conduct weekly delivery standups and track blockers.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
 Resource &amp; Workflow Management</b></li><li>
Track <b>team bandwidth and utilization</b> to prevent overload or idle time.</li><li>
Manage allocation of tasks between SEO leads, specialists, and freelancers.</li><li>
Maintain a live <b>operations tracker / dashboard</b> for visibility</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Process &amp; Quality</b></li><li>
Create and enforce SOPs for keyword research, on-page audits, reporting, etc.</li><li>
Standardize documentation and naming conventions across teams.</li><li>
Conduct monthly QA audits of deliverables.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Reporting &amp; Analytics</b></li><li>
Build and maintain weekly and monthly operations dashboards:</li><li>
Delivery completion rate</li><li>
Client SLA adherence</li><li>
Resource utilization</li><li>
Performance summaries for leadership</li><li>
Partner with the finance team to map delivery data to P&amp;L insights.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
People &amp; Culture</b></li><li>
Support performance reviews and PIP tracking for SEO specialists.</li><li>
Drive discipline in team communication and documentation.</li><li>

Who You Are</b></h2><ul><li><b>
Experience:</b> 5&ndash;8 years total; 2&ndash;3 years in agency or digital operations.</li><li><b>
Background: </b>SEO / marketing operations, project management, or client delivery.</li><li><b>
Skills:</b> Process design, people management, reporting, analytics, task systems (Asana/ClickUp), and communication.</li><li><b>
Mindset: </b>Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive problem solver, strong in follow-through.</li><li><b>
