As an Instructor, you will facilitate engaging live sessions, mentor students 1-on-1, and guide learners through designing and implementing practical automation systems in their professional contexts.
Your audience will be B2B clients: working professionals from diverse industries such as operations, marketing, HR, finance, and project management who want to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and build scalable AI-powered workflows without technical backgrounds. They're looking for practical, hands-on guidance to evaluate automation tools, design workflow architectures, and integrate AI responsibly into their daily work.
You'll work with prepared course materials developed by our instructional design team, leading various session formats including: 
Requirements:
 
<ul><li>Proven experience in AI automation and workflow design, including practical work with:</li><li>
Automation tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate</li><li>
AI platforms: ChatGPT, Llama, OpenAI API, Copilot</li><li>
Visualization and productivity tools: Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace</li><li>
RPA platforms: UiPath (Web/Studio), or similar</li><li>
Solid understanding of AI integration principles &mdash; including APIs, webhooks, data handling, and model outputs.</li><li>
Experience applying automation in real business environments (operations, marketing, analytics, or product functions).</li><li>
Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation (data privacy, governance, responsible use).</li><li>
Excellent communication and teaching skills &mdash; ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.</li><li>
Prior experience conducting workshops, webinars, or corporate training sessions (internal or public).</li><li>
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and ability to teach confidently in an international setting.</li><li>

We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts for the role of Instructors in our AI-assisted programming educational program. We're also looking for skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft skills development, and business transformation. You can join us on a part-time basis, leading interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers and business audiences.

Professional Experience (varies by role):<ul><li>
For AI Automation roles: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI automation and workflow design</li><li>
For Soft Skills/Management roles: 3+ years in digital-focused roles such as EdTech, L&amp;D, Instructional Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Product Management</li><li>
For Business Transformation roles: 5+ years in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting</li></ul>
Technical &amp; Domain Expertise (role-specific):
AI Automation Instructors should have:<ul><li>

As an Instructor at Nebius Academy, you'll play a central role in our students' educational journey across various formats and engagement levels:
Facilitate Live Learning Experiences<ul><li>
Lead engaging live sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on your area of expertise &mdash; whether AI-assisted programming, automation workflows, soft skills development, or business transformation</li><li>
Host regular Q&amp;A sessions where students can ask walk-in questions and get real-time guidance</li><li>
Facilitate kick-off and graduation sessions that bookend the learning experience</li></ul>
Provide Personalized Support<ul><li>
Mentor students during 1-on-1 video calls, addressing their specific questions and challenges</li><li>

<div>We&rsquo;re building an online course for experienced software developers on the practical use of the Cursor Tool in professional programming workflows.
As the Instructor, you will lead interactive live sessions that go beyond passive learning &mdash; empowering engineers to apply AI tools critically and effectively in real-world contexts.
Your audience will be B2B clients: skilled C++ developers from the gamedev industry working in fast-paced environments, looking to improve productivity, code quality, and development speed through AI.
You&rsquo;ll collaborate with the course team to design, facilitate, and iterate on expert-led live sessions delivered over several weeks. 
Requirements: 
 
Technical Expertise:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in software engineering (C++);</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Cursor;</li><li>
Understanding of secure coding practices and AI-related risks;</li><li>
Comfort with system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling.</li></ul>
