Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive with strong experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in handling labor workforce matters, visa processing, GOSI, and local labor law compliance. This role is key in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations of the HR department while maintaining compliance with KSA regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for laborers and staff, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.</li><li>Oversee visa processing, Iqama renewals, exit/re-entry permits, and other government-related formalities through Mudad, Qiwa, and other KSA portals.</li><li>Handle GOSI registration, updates, and compliance.</li><li>Onboard new employees and ensure all necessary documentation and government registrations are completed accurately.</li><li>Maintain employee files and HR records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Saudi labor law.</li><li>Process payroll, ensure accurate salary payments, and manage WPS compliance.</li><li>Assist with employee relations and resolve labor-related issues in line with company policies and Saudi regulations.</li><li>Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Coordinate HR-related activities such as training, inductions, and awareness sessions.</li><li>Stay updated on Saudi labor laws, regulations, and government requirements, ensuring company compliance at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with direct exposure to visa processing, GOSI, and handling labor workforce matters.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.), and HR best practices.</li><li>Experience managing payroll and compliance in KSA.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;5,000.00 - &#65020;7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently in KSA on a transferrable Iqama?</li><li>Are you Certified on the KSA Labour Laws?</li><li>What is your notice period? JD - Quality Control EngineerJob Summary: Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Must have a deep understanding of joinery processes, materials, and quality control procedures. The Quality Controller will work closely with the production team, suppliers, and clients to maintain and improve product quality.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Inspection and Testing:<ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of Structure, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Perform functional and visual testing of joinery products, including furniture, cabinetry, doors, and windows.</li><li>Use measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensions, tolerances, and material properties.</li></ul>2. Quality Control Procedures:<ul><li>Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to joinery manufacturing.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspections &amp; quality control activities.</li><li>Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>3. Collaboration and Communication:<ul><li>Work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.</li><li>Communicate quality issues and recommendations to production managers, suppliers, and clients.</li><li>Participate in quality control meetings and provide feedback to improve production processes.</li><li>Continuous Improvement:</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the production team to implement changes</li><li>Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to joinery and quality control.</li></ul>4.
