We're looking for a Customer Success &amp; Adoption Manager to support professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You will play a key role in ensuring customers realize full value from our construction design solutions, including BIM, CAD, or other planning and modeling software. From onboarding to long-term adoption and engagement, you&rsquo;ll help industry professionals integrate our tools seamlessly into their workflows.Key Responsibilities: &#61623; Onboard and train customers on construction design software (e.g., BIM, CAD, collaboration platforms).&#61623; Drive product adoption by aligning features to AEC workflows.&#61623; Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.&#61623; Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities.&#61623; Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback and feature requests.&#61623; Create tutorials, training materials, and case studies specific to the construction design process.Requirements: &#61623; 6+ years in Customer Success or related roles, preferably in construction tech or AEC software.&#61623; Solid understanding of design and construction workflows.&#61623; Strong communication and problem-solving skills. &#61623; Experience with tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
