 We are looking to hire an IT Support Executive for the Dubai Office in UAE.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The IT Technician will provide end-user support, manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, maintain IT infrastructure, endpoint security, firewall management, printer management, patch management, and ensure smooth IT operations across all locations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide Level 1 &amp; Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, mailboxes, and group management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and monitor firewalls, VPN connectivity, web filtering, security policies, and network access controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and collaborate with SOC teams on threat detection and incident response
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer Print Management System, printer queues, secure printing, print policies, and printer troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and monitor VMware vSphere/ESXi environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation using Intune &amp; Third-party Windows Update for Business, and security tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and maintain endpoint security, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, EDR, and compliance status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and network troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor backup jobs and support disaster recovery activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ITSM tickets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and support regional users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with cybersecurity audits, compliance requirements, and security incident response.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of IT Infrastructure and Support experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VMware, firewall administration, and endpoint management.
 </li>
