Full Job Description:</b></p><ul><li>
Loading and unloading robot welding cells</li><li>
Measuring parts for conformance</li><li>
Position, align, or secure workpieces against fixtures</li><li>
Follow strict safety regulations such as proper PPE and equipment operation</li><li>
Interpret blueprints and drawings to verify parts are in tolerance</li><li>
Maintain weld gages and tooling for cleanliness and proper storage or use</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized work environment daily</li><li>
Provide accurate and timely communication to designated Tritons regarding production, safety, or maintenance requirements through ECR&rsquo;s and verbal/written contact.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>

Previous metal fabrication or welding experience</li></ul><p><b>
Required Characteristics:</b></p><ul><li>
Basic understanding of MIG welding principles</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints</li><li>
Able to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and quality standards</li><li>
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations</li></ul><p><b>

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-driven, process-focused, and skilled Robotic Weld Technician to solve complex technical problems.</p><p><b>
Full Job Description:</b></p><ul><li>
Set up and verify quality standards for each production run.</li><li>
Identify and troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues on automated machinery.</li><li>
Support manufacturing process optimization while prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.</li><li>
Maintain robotic welding equipment to ensure accuracy and repeatability.</li><li>
Change consumables (tips, liners, nozzle, wire, etc.) as needed.</li><li>
Stage work is based on production schedules to minimize tooling changeovers.</li><li>
Train new Robotic Weld Operators on procedures and best practices.</li><li>
Monitor productivity and department utilization.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines.</li><li>
Maintain, set up, and monitor press brakes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Operate production machinery when necessary.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Maintenance or technical training experience</li><li>
AutoCAD experience is a plus.</li><li>
Understanding of MIG welding processes, weld symbols, and terminology.</li><li>
Knowledge of ANSI Y14.5M Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerancing is beneficial.</li><li>
Experience with precision measuring instruments, tooling, and machinery.</li><li>
Forklift experience</li></ul><p><b>
Required Characteristics:</b></p><ul><li>
1-2 years of welding experience</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.</li><li>
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with teams and customers.</li><li>
Solid math and problem-solving skills, including geometry, trigonometry, and ratios.</li><li>
Ability to interpret technical instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagrams, and schedules).</li><li>
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead in a team environment.</li><li>
Proficient in blueprint reading and able to draft/diagram parts as needed.</li><li>
Basic PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.</li><li>
Basic understanding of KPI&rsquo;s and obtaining that data</li><li>
Enjoys hands-on technical craftsmanship and maintains a strong focus with minimal errors</li></ul><p><b>
