<ul><li>Direct and manage the sales target of the showroom.</li><li>Develop and manage Internet and social media marketing programs for vehicle sales.</li><li>Ensure the sales department contributes assigned levels of gross and net profit.</li><li>Maintain traffic logs, sales logs and follow-up programs.</li><li>Manage the enquiries generated to ensure minimum 20% conversion.</li><li>Assist the GM with establishing realistic sales forecasts and goals.</li><li>Maintain discipline of the sales team.</li><li>Ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all statutes and regulations governing motor vehicle sales and licensing.</li><li>Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives.</li><li>Develop promotional campaigns in conjunction with the parts and service departments.</li><li>Ensure sales objectives are allotted to personnel in accordance with their skill levels.</li><li>Ensure individual sales targets of the executives are met every month.</li><li>Ensure team sales targets are met every month.</li><li>Maintain the required manpower for optimum results.</li><li>Review of the sales team to ensure necessary correction for achieving sales targets.</li><li>Training of the sales team for optimum performance.</li><li>Collaborate with department managers and leadership team to achieve organizational goals, budgets and growth.</li><li>Provide sales data and performance reports.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
