The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to handle senior-level responsibilities, and willingness to travel as per business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.</li><li>Manage employee lifecycle: attendance, payroll, leaves, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure policy adherence and support employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Handle grievance redressal and guide junior HR/admin staff.</li></ul>Administration<ul><li>Supervise office administration, vendor management, and facilities.</li><li>Manage scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office operations.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination across departments.</li></ul>Liaisoning<ul><li>Interact with government departments for licenses, renewals, and compliance.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and service providers.</li><li>Act as a representative of management in official communications.</li></ul>Travel &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Plan and manage travel arrangements (domestic &amp; international) for staff and management.</li><li>Handle itineraries, bookings, reimbursements, and related documentation.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective and smooth travel experiences.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;7 years of experience in HR, Administration, Liaisoning, and Travel Management.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.</li><li>Willing to travel as per business needs.</li><li>Ability to manage senior-level coordination and multitask effectively.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; HR Operations</li><li>Office &amp; Vendor Management</li><li>Government Liaisoning</li><li>Travel &amp; Logistics Management</li><li>Employee Engagement</li><li>Senior-Level Coordination</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,575.20 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
