Location: Remote (Work from Home) Working Hours: 9 AM &ndash; 6 PM IST Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented and driven Motion Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor with a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. This role demands high creativity, excellent command over design tools, and a sharp eye for detail. Strong English communication skills&mdash;both written and spoken&mdash;are critical, as you&rsquo;ll be working closely with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities&#9679; Create videos based on detailed SOPs, brand guidelines, and provided storyboards&#9679; Apply motion graphics and animation techniques to add flair and engagement to all video formatsRequired Skills&#9679; Proficiency in:&#9675; Adobe After Effects&#9675; Adobe Premiere Pro&#9675; Adobe Illustrator (optional but preferred)&#9675; Adobe Photoshop&#9675; Proficiency leveraging AI-enabled video and design tools to improve the final product is a major plus&#9679; Strong motion design and video editing portfolio&#9679; Excellent grasp of English (must be able to understand scripts, follow instructions, raise queries and doubts, and communicate professionally overall)&#9679; Solid sense of visual aesthetics and the ability to align design with brand voice&#9679; Ability to learn, work independently, manage feedback, and meet deadlines in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications&#9679; Experience with motion graphics design&#9679; Experience in B2B content creation across platformsWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For&#9679; A creative thinker with strong execution ability&#9679; Someone who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments&#9679; A team player who is also self-motivated and detail-oriented&#9679; Someone with a &quot;make it better&quot; mindset&mdash;always looking to improve the visual impact of their workJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
