Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design direction of multi-service of Apps , Web, and Dashboards You II collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces across mobile and web platforms.Key Responsibiiities: UX Research &amp;Hrategy<ul><li>Conduct user interviews, surveys, and</li></ul>usability tests<ul><li>Analyze user behavior and</li></ul>translateinsights into design decisions<ul><li>Create user personas, journey maps,</li></ul>and workflowsKey Responsibiiities: UI/UX Design<ul><li>Design wireframes, prototypes, and</li></ul>high-fidelity mockups<ul><li>Create intuitive, responsive UI designs for mobile and web</li><li>Design with accessibility and performance in mind</li></ul>Key Responsibiiities: Design System &amp;Branding<ul><li>Develop and maintain a design system and UI kit in Figma</li><li>Ensure visual consistency across all products and features</li></ul>Key Responsibiiities: Coiiaboration &amp; Communication ResponsibiiitiesWork closely with product managers,developers, and stakeholdersParticipate in agile sprints, reviews, and design critiques<ul><li>Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams</li></ul>Testing &amp; OptimizationConduct A/B tests and iterate designsbased on feedback<ul><li>Monitor product usage and user</li></ul>feedback post-launchimplement improvements to increase usability and engagementRequired Skiiis &amp; quaiifications<ul><li>2&mdash;4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design</li><li>Mastery in Figma, Adobe XD,Sketch,orsimilar tools</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing mobile- first and web application designs</li><li>Solid understanding of UX principles,</li></ul>responsive design, accessibility<ul><li>Experience working in agile teams</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with motion design or</li></ul>micro-interactions<ul><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for</li></ul>developer collaborationPrior experience designing for Super Apps or multi-service platforms, and Custom Dashboards .Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
