Job Overview:The Team Lead will be responsible for spearheading cross-functional hardware development projects with a focus on camera systems and drone platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise in electronics hardware design, IT networking, and computer vision, combined with strong leadership skills to manage a team of hardware developers and interns.Key Responsibilities:&#9679; Leadership &amp; Strategy:&#9675; Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team including hardware developers and interns.&#9675; Define project scopes, set objectives, and establish timelines ensuring alignment with business goals.&#9675; Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between electronics, IT, network, and computer vision teams.&#9679; Project &amp; Technical Management:&#9675; Oversee design, development, and testing of advanced camera and drone systems.&#9675; Drive the integration of hardware with embedded software, network connectivity, and computer vision modules.&#9675; Ensure adherence to design standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.&#9679; Collaboration &amp; Communication:&#9675; Act as the main technical point of contact between engineering, product management, and external vendors.&#9675; Facilitate regular team meetings, technical reviews, and status updates to senior management.&#9679; Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement:&#9675; Stay abreast of industry trends in electronics, IoT, computer vision, and UAV (drone) technologies.&#9675; Encourage innovation in hardware design and system integration processes.Qualifications:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.&#9679; 7+ years of experience in hardware development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.&#9679; Proven experience in designing and integrating systems that involve camera technologies, drones, or computer vision.&#9679; Strong understanding of IT networking protocols, embedded systems, and sensor integration.&#9679; Excellent project management, communication, and team-building skills.&#9679; Experience with CAD tools, simulation software, and hardware debugging tools.&#9679; Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Electronics design using cad: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Drone development, Embedded programming (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
