Tromboo Tech, operator of Super Fitout (superfitout.com), is hiring a Growth &amp; Field Marketing Executive to expand adoption of our interior design and fitout marketplace in Qatar.This role blends on-ground market engagement with digital growth initiatives, focusing on increasing platform awareness, onboarding fitout companies, and strengthening brand presence across channels.The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and comfortable working both in the field and online.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and implement growth-driven marketing initiatives across field and digital channels.</li><li>Visit fitout companies, project sites, and business locations to promote the Super Fitout platform.</li><li>Build direct relationships with contractors, designers, and business partners.</li><li>Develop marketing content for social platforms, email outreach, and website updates.</li><li>Manage and grow social media presence with consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Collaborate with internal design and business teams on campaign execution.</li><li>Track campaign results and prepare performance insights.</li><li>Assist with offline promotions, activations, and industry events.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of marketing or growth-related experience.</li><li>Background exposure to fitout, interior design, construction, or B2B services is preferred.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar discipline.</li><li>Experience handling social media, content creation, and basic digital campaigns.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory for field activities).</li></ul>Employment Details<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Probation period: 3 months</li></ul>If you enjoy combining field engagement with digital marketing and want to contribute to a fast-growing marketplace reshaping Qatar&rsquo;s fitout industry, we welcome your application.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing?</li><li>Do you have atleast 2 years experience with fitout/interior companies?</li><li>Do you have atleast 2 years recent experience with field marketing?</li><li>Do you have atleast 2 years experience in Digital marketing?</li><li>Do you have an education certificate in Digital Marketing?</li><li>Are you willing to work in a startup?</li><li>Do you have a valid Qatari Driving license?</li><li>Do you speak English, Arabic or both?</li></ul>
