Job Summary</b></h1><p>
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service and enriching the member and guest experience while playing on the golf course and/or other designated areas. This role is proactively engaging with members and guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. The Beverage Cart Attendant will enhance member retention and coordinate with other club departments to consistently provide the 3-steps of service, whether serving on the golf course, in the halfway house, or other designated food and beverage service areas.</p><p><b>

Day to Day</b></h1><ul><li><div>
Maintain exceptional F&amp;B service standards as outlined in Invited&rsquo;s training programs.</div></li><li><div>
Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests, always ensuring a polite and friendly demeanor.</div></li><li><div>
Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes.</div></li><li><div>
Assist members and guests with requests, such as directions to the restroom or clubhouse, and offer to dispose of trash to maintain a clean environment.</div></li><li><div>
Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins.</div></li><li><div>
Operate the golf cart safely, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures to avoid accidents.</div></li><li><div>
Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily transactions, depositing cash in the designated area.</div></li><li><div>
Document product spills and waste using daily par versus usage sheets.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable.</div></li><li><div>
Use tee sheets and line-ups to identify members and guests, creating personalized experiences with their favorites.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate with the F&amp;B Director regarding special product requests or issues with food quality, supplies, or presentation.</div></li><li><div>
Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift, ensuring compliance with health code standards.</div></li><li><div>
Request and restock supplies in a timely manner to maintain proper par levels for consistent service.</div></li><li><div>
Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and participate as a supportive team member.</div></li><li><div>
Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery.</div></li><li><div>
Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups at all times.</div></li></ul><div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.</div></li><li><div>
Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team&rsquo;s success.</div></li><li><p>

About You</b></h1><p>
Preferred</p><ul><li><div>
High school diploma or equivalent.</div></li><li><div>
Previous experience in Food &amp; Beverage service.</div></li><li><div>
Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.</div></li><li><div>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license to operate golf cart.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.</div></li><li><p>
Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.</p></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h1><ul><li><div>
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.</div></li><li><div>
Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.</div></li><li><div>
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.</div></li><li><p>
Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.</p></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
