We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to excellence, ensuring that every green space we manage looks and performs at its best.Job Overview:We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our Grounds Crew. This hands-on, outdoor position requires a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for turf care. The ideal candidate enjoys working outside in all weather conditions and takes pride in maintaining beautiful, healthy turf surfaces.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform daily maintenance of turf areas, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.</li></ul><ul><li>Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with fertilization, aeration, topdressing, and other turf health applications.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor turf conditions and report any concerns such as disease, pests, or irrigation issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain bunker and sand trap areas as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with irrigation system checks, adjustments, and minor repairs.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.</li></ul><ul><li>Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily and seasonal tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or golf course maintenance preferred but not required.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to learn and follow instructions.</li></ul><ul><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work 6 days a week.</li></ul><ul><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for advancement within the company.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on training and skill development in turf management.</li></ul><ul><li>A supportive team environment with a focus on quality and professionalism.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about working outdoors and take pride in creating and maintaining top-tier turf conditions, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief introduction or apply in person at 1008 Dacula Rd.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Dacula, GA 30019 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Dacula, GA 30019: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
