Requirements</b></h2><div><p>
Strong understanding of insurance products and the Oklahoma market.</p><p>
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p><p>
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>
Valid Oklahoma driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.</p></div>

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals for Trophy Insurance Solutions.</p><p>
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and potential clients across the Oklahoma territory.</p><p>
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reach and customer base for our insurance products.</p><p>
Provide ongoing training and support to our partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively represent our offerings.</p><p>
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats within the territory.</p><p>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.</p><p>
