Job Title: English Speaking Admin Assistant (American Accent Preferred)We are hiring an Admin Assistant with strong English speaking skills and clear communication abilities. This role requires calling departments and vendors in the USA, so this is not only a writing/chat job. Only apply if you are confident speaking English professionally on phone calls.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate maintenance repairs and communication</li><li>Find vendors in areas where vendors are not available</li><li>Assign work orders to vendors</li><li>Communicate with tenants and schedule repairs</li><li>Manage maintenance and repair issues</li><li>Transfer utilities when needed</li><li>Follow up with vendors, tenants, and departments</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English speaking skills (American accent preferred)</li><li>Confident in phone communication with USA departments and vendors</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Organized and responsible</li><li>Experience in admin support or customer service is a plus</li></ul>Important: This position requires regular phone calls and verbal communication in English.
