The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities,building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The SalesExecutive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customerbase.Roles And Responsibilities :<ul><li>With warmth greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.</li><li>Analyze and understand customers' needs through effective communication and active listening.</li><li>Guide and educate customers throughout the buying process, offering design ideas and in-depth product knowledge.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all converted and ongoing orders.</li><li>Collaborate with interior designers to create and design concepts that meet customers' preferences.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and seeking referrals for future business.</li><li>Foster long-term relationships with customers, continuing to provide support and requesting references for future business.</li><li>Engage with accounts to ensure timely payment and clear any outstanding dues from customers.</li><li>Take initiative to enhance showroom displays and make improvements for a better customer experience.</li><li>Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, sales techniques, and industry trends.</li></ul>Qualifications :<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.</li><li>Languages: English &amp; Tamil (mandatory)</li></ul>Talk to HR: 6366975409Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business development: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Sales: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Lead generation: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tamil (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
