 Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Business Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant? We are seeking a dynamic applicant to support our newly-established office in Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 In the role of Business Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant, you will:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange client meetings and manage client contact information in the CRM system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support marketing initiatives and new business generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research and analysis for presentations and discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in drafting communications for external and internal bulletins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage general administration tasks including diary management and travel arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Updates on key initiatives and collating content for the firm's annual client-facing reports
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 The Candidate
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal Business Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant will have:

 <li>

 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
 </li>
 <li>
 A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
 </li>
