We are a growing organization in the hospitality/restaurant industry seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands financial reporting, and has hands-on experience with Restaurant365.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card statements</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow)</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Ensure data accuracy within Restaurant365</li><li>Work with management to provide financial insights and reporting</li><li>Support payroll processing and expense tracking (if applicable)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles</li><li>Hands-on experience with Restaurant365 (required)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Part-time hours (flexible schedule)</li><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience with Restaurant365 and financial reporting.Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourWork Location: In person
