Role Taking care of all your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.</li><li>Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.</li><li>Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly.</li><li>Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls.</li><li>Follow the work schedule discussed with Management team and get the work done by supervising site work and labours or workers or site team.</li><li>Work execution as per final layout.</li><li>Maintain tracker of used and balance material and share daily work progress report to Site Engineer.</li><li>Able to read Interior layout and have proper knowledge of RAC/PAC/VRF systems.</li><li>Guide Technician properly and get work done from them on time and with accuracy.</li></ul>The Person<ul><li>He should be good at supervision and punctual to achieve the decided schedule.</li></ul>Education and Industry Exposure&middot; Any Graduate&middot; Some experience with operations and maintenance of any kind of air conditioning systems like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC etc.&middot; Communication: Must speak Hindi or English and the local language spoken at their site location.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
